Welcome to our three-year old classroom. Room 103 is a busy place where learning takes place in many different ways. Each day our students participate in music and movement, they work in centers with manipulatives and explore many different art mediums. They are learning to play together and work independently. They are developing social skills and becoming comfortable in the classroom setting. This is an important time in their development as they are learning to function independently and not be as dependent of their caregivers. Each day in the classroom is full of new activities where learning is taking place. Play with a purpose is what drives our curriculum.
Mrs. Marissa works closely with her students, encouraging them to interact with their peers and also to explore their environment. Each week the students attend Chapel and our Motor Development Program.
